Kidneybean spread with whole wheat buns

Kidney Bean Spread

1/2 Cup cooked Light Kidney Bean

1 tsp Oregano

1tsp ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp tobasco sauce

1/4 cup cubed tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped onions

1/8 cup pinapple cubes ( Can even use Pineapple jam or preserve but measure will be 1/2 table spoon)

Salt to taste

Mash the kidney beans into a semi solid paste and keep aside
Saute the onions in little of vegetable oil till caramalised
Add tomatoes,pineapple cubes,oregano and saute till they caramalise all together.
Add kidney bean paste and little water.
Add ground cinnamon ,tobasco sauce,salt to taste,cook till all water gets evaporated.
Use this spread for sandwitches,chapathi,fajitas,curry base
